Looking for pool tech wanting to transition to h.v.a.c

We are looking for a Jr. tech who is wanting to learn the trade and be the best of the best. As
long as you have mechanical understanding and not afraid to work, you can be a candidate for
our team. You must be able to read and write in English. Bi-lingual is a huge plus.
We stay busy ALL YEAR ROUND. You will be required to climb through
hot attics and lift compressors from time to time (at least 50 lbs)
Any experience installing pool pumps and pool filters?
Are you skilled at working with pvc piping?
We are looking for a technician who can do this and also learn the HVAC side
as well. You will never be sent home early. We stay busy all year long..

Requirements as follows:

Must be willing to work late and work weekends as necessary

Valid driver's license
Speak and write English
have a desire to learn the trade.
have profession appearance
Have recent verifiable references (we will contact them)

Work late as needed
Work at least one weekend a month
Purchase required tools within 6 months
Do home school training on your time
You will rotate on-call schedule.

You will learn more in 6 months than most techs learn in 3 years.
