We are looking for a Professional Painter who does great work at a good speed.

As a Professional Painter you ABSOLUTELY must:
•Cut razor sharp lines without constantly needing painters tape. No exceptions.
•Leave walls nice and smooth without marks, blotches, or paint boogers. No exceptions.
•Be able to tell when surfaces need another coat and paint them. No exceptions.
•Not leave splatter and drips. No exceptions.

The above requirements are an absolute must. If you’ve been let go from a job for failure to meet these expectations please call another company. Results speak for themselves and we’re looking to keep someone long term.

Other important qualities:
-Have a good attitude.
-Keep your word.
-Show up to work.
-Get along well with others.
-When you make a mistake, own the mistake and make adjustments.
-Don’t play profane music so that everyone hears it.

We are not looking for carpenters, electricians, or plumbers. We are looking for professional painters who leave high-quality results.

Working at a faster pace is important. If you are good but move slowly unfortunately this position is not for you. If you move at an acceptable pace we can talk.

Yes we have high expectations but if you are good at what you do & you do it at a good pace you will be happy with your pay and the environment we provide.

Buscamos un pintor profesional que realice un trabajo excelente y a buen ritmo.

Como pintor profesional, es ABSOLUTAMENTE necesario que:
•Trace líneas perfectamente definidas y nítidas sin depender constantemente de la cinta de enmascarar. Sin excepciones.
•Deje las paredes lisas y uniformes, sin marcas ni grumos de pintura. Sin excepciones.
•Sepa identificar cuándo las superficies requieren otra capa de pintura y proceda a aplicarla. Sin excepciones.

Los requisitos anteriores son indispensables. Si ha sido despedido de un trabajo anterior por no cumplir con estas expectativas, por favor llame a otra compañía. Los resultados hablarán por sí solos y estamos buscando a alguien para tiempo completo.

Trabajar a buen ritmo es importante. Si es bueno en su oficio pero trabaja lentamente, lamentablemente este puesto no es para usted. Si trabaja a un ritmo aceptable, podemos hablar.
