Looking for skilled carpenter $26-$35/hr

Collazo Home Improvement & Property Maintenance is looking for a skilled, well-rounded carpenter to join our team. We have a steady workload and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants consistent work.

We are looking for experience in:

Framing

Finish trim & molding
Window & door installation
Deck building & repairs
Rot repair
Siding
General carpentry
Remodeling
Punch list items
And all other aspects of residential carpentry

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license

Reliable vehicle
Your own basic hand tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
