Looking for skilled carpenter/laborer

We are a local construction company looking for a reliable, hardworking Carpenter / Construction Laborer to join our team. We work on a variety of residential construction projects throughout Napa Valley and the surrounding area, including remodels, additions, and new construction.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in and shows up ready to work, and enjoys being part of a hands-on construction team.

Responsibilities

Assist with general residential construction and carpentry
Framing, blocking, siding, trim, and general carpentry depending on experience
Demolition and site preparation
Material handling and job site organization
Use hand and power tools safely and properly
Assist carpenters and other trades as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Perform other general construction tasks as needed

Qualifications

Framing, finish carpentry, drywall experience
Tile experience - not necessary but would be valuable
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Ability to perform physical construction work and lift building materials
Reliable transportation to job sites
Dependable and punctual
Good attitude and ability to work well with a team
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Valid driver's license preferred
