Looking for skilled carpenters and laborers

SL Jensen Construction is a fast growing, family-owned construction company that has been a leader in the high-end residential and light commercial industry for over 35 years. Our projects vary from residential additions, high-end custom homes, commercial tenant finishes, and small commercial buildings. SL Jensen is looking for skilled framing and finish carpenters to join the team. We are looking for someone who cares about quality and takes pride in their work. We focus on additions and remodels where simply knowing the blueprints is not always the answer. Our carpenters must be able to understand the objective and work through issues that can always arise during. All candidates must have demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

If a candidate doesn't have a lot of experience, we will interview young aspiring carpenters who can demonstrate a passion for woodwork and a willingness to make a career in the trades. We have an experienced crew to help train younger carpenters.
Wage is based on experience. We offer health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 10 days PTO after one year, and 401K employee match.
