Looking for Tailor/Seamstress

I am looking for an experienced tailor/seamstress that can produce my custom designs. This person needs to have examples of their work done in past, is reliable, and speaks English. Experience with rhinestones, crystals and detailed work related to trimming. I may also need this person to be able to scale the designs to about 20-30 pieces over next month or two. Experience with silk/satin and crystals/rhinestones is preferred.
