Looking for tradesmen for huge development!

I am building several 1,200 sq ft main level + fully finished basement (1,700–2,000 sq ft total) home in Meridian, MS. I am acting as the builder/GC and am looking for reliable tradesmen and small crews to complete work by phase within my budget.

What I Provide:

• Per-phase pay – no surprises, paid on completion of each phase

What I Expect:

• Work must be on schedule and within code
• Licensed trades for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• No inflated bids – this project is budget-driven

Budget & Pay:

My all-in build budget is $85 per sq ft (labor + materials). I will share set pay amounts for each phase when we talk. If you can work within these numbers, this is a great opportunity for steady work start to finish.
