Looking to Hire an Automotive Technician/ Mechanic this week!!

North State Auto is looking for a skilled mechanic to join our team to work on used cars!

As a mechanic, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of used vehicles. We're looking for someone with experience in engine repair, brake systems, suspension, and other automotive systems. You'll need to be comfortable working with a range of vehicle makes and models and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on used vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake adjustments
Diagnose and repair issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other systems
Perform safety inspections and prepare vehicles for sale
Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance work
Work with the sales team to ensure that vehicles are in top condition for sale
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mechanic
Experience working with a variety of makes and models of vehicles
Ability to diagnose and repair issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other systems
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
