Looking to hire Labor/handyman or Carpenter

Construction Worker / Handyman / Labor Full-Time

I’m a local general contractor looking for a reliable person to add to my crew. We do a wide variety of residential and commercial construction, repair, and maintenance work throughout Sonoma County and the surrounding area.

Construction experience is a plus, but no experience is required. I’m willing to train the right person. What matters most is that you show up, work hard, can follow direction, and are willing to learn.

Pay: $20–$35/hr (based on experience and ability)

Work includes:

• Carpentry and deck work
• Repairs and maintenance
• Drywall and stucco
• Painting
• Concrete work
• Flooring and tile
• Demolition
• General construction and handyman work

What I’m looking for:

• Reliable and shows up on time
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable doing physical work
• Able to follow direction and learn
• Works hard and takes pride in doing good, clean work
• Construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Having your own tools is a plus, but not required

If you already have construction experience, great. If you don’t but are mechanically inclined, good with your hands, and genuinely want to learn, I’m willing to teach you.

Full-time work

Pay: $20–$35/hr based on experience and ability
Work primarily in Sonoma County
