Looking to try out a carpenters assistant

Im a artisan/carpenter with 25 years experience working mostly alone, trying to find a new assistant for very flexible part time work. Some at my home shop, some at client's houses. Also do occasionally Stone work, metal and stained glass... absolutely need to have your own vehicle, truck or SUV that I can send you out to get little things when needed. Kinda prefer someone younger and full of energy. Need some experience for sure but I honestly enjoy teaching. $25 hour pay and able to go higher if you show your are worth it. Trial day would be like 4 hours at my house just doing landscape and clean up basic stuff. Tell me about yourself and your experience. Not going to respond to one sentence reply.
