LOVE HOUSEKEEPING AND GARDENING?

Seeking an artful housekeeper who lives near Taos. Must have an eye for detail – and be happy as a clam in the garden.

Luckily I have an irrigation well and will be installing water-thoughtful perennial gardens over the next few months. Must be reliable and deadly serious about working. Light gardening will provide more hours for the right person. I'd prefer a long term relationship.

You will need:

• a flexible schedule to be able to clean according to Airbnb reservations both long term and short term
• have reliable wheels
• use Venmo
• be able to text and email with ease
• help organize a four car garage after a recent move (I am a senior with recent medical issues).

MOST IMPORTANTLY:

I am only able to work with independent contractors who have their own clients.
You will need to fill out a 1099 and sign my company's Independent contractor contract.
Trust me – when you're over 65 you'll be so glad you get a nice Social Security check.

About me? I am a plant fairy, environmental picture book author-illustrator, political fine artist and Airbnb super-host for 15 yrs. Just relocated to Taos to be closer to family.
