Description
Independent Roofing Specialists LLC is hiring an experienced Low-Slope Membrane Crew Foreman to lead commercial roofing crews and deliver quality work safely and efficiently.
Qualifications and responsibilities:
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing systems
- Knowledge of tapered insulation layouts and cricket construction
- Experience with mechanically attached and fully adhered systems
- Knowledge of all aspects of low-slope membrane installation
- Ability to read plans, follow project specifications, and lead a crew
- Commitment to job-site safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to coordinate materials and communicate with project managers as needed
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Transportation to and from job sites is provided daily. Employees meet at our shop in Commerce City each morning before traveling to the job site. Most work is local. A valid driver’s license is preferred, but not required.
Pay and benefits:
Pay is based on experience. Benefits, paid holidays, and vacation details will be discussed during the interview.
