Low-Voltage Installation Technician – New Construction & Remodel

Epic Media Solutions is looking for a dependable, motivated technician to join our growing team. We specialize in low-voltage technology for residential and commercial projects throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding communities.

Experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important. We are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on technical and physical position. Your work will include:

• Pulling, securing, labeling, terminating, and testing low-voltage wiring
• Reading and following construction plans and blueprints
• Installing networking, Wi-Fi, security, cameras, audio/video, and home automation equipment
• Mounting TVs, speakers, access points, cameras, keypads, and other equipment
• Troubleshooting and learning new technology
• Working on ladders and occasionally in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Communicating professionally with homeowners, builders, and other trades

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has basic wiring, construction, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Is comfortable with computers, apps, networking, and learning new technology
• Is mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools
• Can safely work from ladders and in attics and crawl spaces
• Takes pride in doing clean, quality work
• Communicates well and understands the importance of professionalism when working inside a customer’s home
• Shows up on time, is dependable, and has a strong work ethic
• Can work independently while also being part of a team
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Is willing to travel to job sites throughout the Denver metro area, generally from Castle Rock to Longmont

Electrical, construction, security, networking, or AV experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
