Low voltage or controls tech

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage / Controls Technician for a commercial warehouse project in Union City, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Pull and route low-voltage cabling throughout a commercial warehouse.
• Terminate low-voltage devices and controls.
• Install and secure wiring in accordance with commercial installation standards.
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean job site.
• Coordinate with other trades and work around an occupied facility when necessary.

Requirements

• Strong experience pulling and terminating low-voltage wiring.
• Familiar with commercial electrical and controls installations.
• Comfortable working from a scissor lift for approximately 90% of the project.
• Able to safely operate a scissor lift around people and active work areas.
• Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Preferred

• Experience with HVAC controls, BAS, or building automation systems.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
