Job Description

Lovolt Solutions is a small low voltage company looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to assist with installations at job sites throughout the United States.

This role involves installing, troubleshooting, and servicing low voltage systems at commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable working with tools, and willing and able to travel across the U.S. as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation and service of low voltage systems, including security cameras, access control, network cabling, Wi-Fi equipment, and related systems
Run, terminate, label, and test low voltage cabling
Mount and install equipment such as cameras, readers, network devices, speakers, and control panels
Troubleshoot system issues and complete basic service calls
Travel to job sites throughout the United States as required
Keep job sites clean and organized
Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
Follow safety procedures while working on ladders, lifts, and job sites

Requirements

Must be willing and able to travel throughout the United States for job assignments
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Must be reliable and show up on time
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a valid driver’s license
Low voltage, cabling, security camera, access control, or networking experience preferred
Ability to work on ladders and in commercial job site environments

Preferred Experience

Cat5e/Cat6 cable installation and termination

Conduit installation
Security camera installation
Access control systems
Network equipment installation
Fiber or structured cabling experience
Reading basic plans or job site drawings
