Low Voltage Technician / Wire Puller – Entry Level to Lead Technician

**LOW VOLTAGE TECHNICIANS / WIRE PULLERS — ENTRY LEVEL TO LEAD TECH**
**$25–$40/hour depending on experience and ability**

BCG Concepts is a residential audio/video and low-voltage company working on high-end homes and new construction projects throughout the Los Angeles area.

We are currently hiring **both entry-level technicians and experienced low-voltage installers/lead technicians**.

**Entry-Level / Wire Puller**

No low-voltage experience is required. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and interested in learning the trade.

Typical work includes:

• Pulling low-voltage wire in new construction homes
• Running CAT6, speaker wire, security wire, camera wire, coax and other low-voltage cabling
• Drilling, stapling and routing wire
• Installing backboxes and brackets
• Labeling and organizing wiring
• Assisting technicians with system installation
• Keeping job sites and work areas organized

Electrical, low-voltage, AV, alarm, networking or general construction experience is a plus, but **we are willing to train the right person.**

**Experienced / Lead Technicians**

We are also interviewing experienced technicians capable of independently handling residential low-voltage installations.

Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:

• Residential pre-wire and trim
• Structured wiring
• Audio/video systems
• Networking and Wi-Fi
• TVs and speaker installation
• Surveillance cameras
• Alarm/security systems
• Smart home/control systems
• Rack building and equipment installation
• Reading plans and managing jobsites
• Supervising or training junior technicians

**Requirements**

• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working on active construction sites
• Able to use ladders and perform physical installation work
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to communicate well with coworkers, contractors and clients

**Compensation**

* **$25–$40/hour**, depending on experience, skill level and ability to work independently
