Experienced Lube Tech Position

About the Role
We are looking for a dependable team member to help manage increased service volume. In this role, you will inspect vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and communicate findings clearly with the service team to ensure customers receive high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full courtesy inspections on vehicles
• Complete inspections accurately within 10–15 minutes
• Review inspection findings with the service advisor or manager after each inspection and confirm that recommended work is clearly understood
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and vehicle cleaning as needed

Requirements

• At least one year of mechanical experience
• Own set of tools
• Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to walk and bend for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, squat, kneel, and twist as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
