Lube Tech/Helper Needed

About Us:

We are a growing telecom construction company managing a diverse fleet of small and large trucks, alongside specialized off-road construction equipment. We take pride in our gear and are looking for a dedicated individual with the right attitude to help keep our fleet mission-ready.

The Role:

Previous work history as a lube tech (At least) is mandatory and the applicant must be mechanicly inclined. We need someone who is teachable, punctual, and possesses a high level of attention to detail. You will work directly with our lead mechanics to maintain and repair everything from standard pickups to off-road machinery.
The work week is as follows: Monday through Friday – 50 hours/week – 10 hours/day – 6:30am to 5:00pm.

• The Basics: You must own a standard set of mechanics hand tools to get started.
• Reliability: You are on time, every time.
• Mindset: You are willing to learn, follow instructions, and stay focused on the task at hand.
• Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Our company will use E-Verify to confirm your eligibility.
• Requirements: A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen are mandatory.
