Lube Technician / Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Duties
Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately
Reset service reminders as required
Conduct tire rotations, replacements, and basic tire service procedures
Assist with vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs or potential issues
Basic brake checks under supervision
Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform routine maintenance tasks
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
Other maintenance tasks such as: engine air filters, cabin filters, battery replacement, brake fluid flush, etc.
Requirements
Enthusiasm for automotive repair and a willingness to learn new skills
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks regularly
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures
Dealership or automotive service experience is a plus but not required
Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members
Prior experience with automotive diagnostics, alignment, or service technician roles is advantageous but not mandatory
Must have a valid driver's license
