Lube & Tire Technicians FULL TIME position $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

ON-SITE FLEET SOUTIONS is looking for one FULL TIME Service Lube Tech / Mechanic that will be doing primarily oil changes / tire mount and balance / Tire Repair plug patching from the inside out. You will be working with rental cars only. All makes and models of vehicles are new 2025 - 2026.

Looking for an experienced mechanic with knowledge of tire mounting and balancing and tire repairs as well as oil changes and light mechanic services. Looking for experience in all these fields. No major repair work will be done.

We work on all new vehicles for the rental car market at the Kansas City International Airport

Shift Schedule: Five Day Work Schedule Monday through Friday

Full Time: Sunday through Thursday 8am till 5pm

Extra days are available on the weekends

This position is located at the Kansas City International Airport working with a car rental company. Shop lifts, tire machine and all tools and materials are supplied as well as uniforms. This position is working in a shop environment on airport property.

The SHOP IS HEATED. ALL TOOLS ARE SUPPLIED. Very Clean Shop for a Good working environment

Vehicle types we service are all new makes and models from 2025 to 2026 vehicles only.

Knowledge of changing oil and oil filters on the following vehicles. BMWs, Volvos, Mercedes, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, Dodge, Toyota, Jeep and GMC vehicles consisting of all the models of those listed.

Job duties:

Knowledge of oil changing oil and resetting lights, tire mounting and balancing. TPMS sensor re-learn and installation, battery replacement, bulb replacement, fixing door latches, light mechanics and diagnostics. these are added services but not required

Must be punctual, reliable, self-motivated, have reliable transportation, and works well with others.

Shop Experience is REQUIRED.

On-Site Fleet Solutions a company that has been in the lube/mechanic industry for 24 years. We work with the car rental market at the Kansas City International Airport and needing a positive hard-working employee that will represent the company in a positive manner at this location.

Looking to hire Immediately upon interview. Our company will train all employees for this position.
Our company does not hold back a week check. You will be paid on the Friday after starting.

Pay:

$30.00 to $32.00 per hour plus opportunity for additional productivity bonuses.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCE TECH ONLY. WILL NOT INTERVIEW IF NO EXPERIENCE.
