LUBE/TIRE TECHNITION FULL TIME $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

ON-SITE FLEET SOUTIONS is looking for a Service Lube Tech / Mechanic that will be doing primarily oil changes on many makes and models. You will also be doing tire mount and balance and tire repairs. Will train if needed. You will be working with Rental Cars Only. These are all 2025 to 26 vehicles.

Looking for an experienced Lube Tech that will be performing oil changes on rental cars only. Knowledge of tire mounting and balancing is a PLUS

Shift Schedule:

This full-time position is a 5-day shift from Monday through Friday with possible weekend work available for additional hours. (schedule can be flexible and determined at interview.

Monday through Friday hours: 8am till 5pm Weekend hours: 8am till 5am

This position is located at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport working with a Car Rental Company. Shop lifts, all tools and materials are supplied by On Site Fleet Solutions as well as uniforms. This is a 4 bay shop environment that is out of the elements with cooling fans throughout shop. Professional working environment in a spacious clean shop with multiple bays.

Vehicle types we service are all new makes and models from 2025 to 2026 vehicles only.

Knowledge of changing oil and oil filters on the following vehicles. Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, Dodge, Toyota, Jeep and GMC vehicles consisting of all the models of those listed.

Job duties:

Knowledge of oil changing on all makes and models. Knowledge of Tire mount and balance not required, but a plus
Must be punctual, reliable, self-motivated, have reliable transportation, and works well with others.

Shop Experience is required.

We are a company that has been in the lube/Mechanic industry for 27 years. On-Site Fleet Solutions have expanded to the Phoenix Arizona area several years ago. We work with the car rental market at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and needing a positive hard-working employee that will represent the company in a positive manner at this location.

Looking to hire Immediately upon interview. Our company will train all employees for this position.
Our company does not hold back a week check. You will be paid on the Friday after starting.

Pay:

$30.00 to $32.00 per hour plus opportunity for additional bonuses for a five day per week schedule

We are looking for a EXPERIENCE TECH ONLY. WILL NOT INTERVIEW IF NO EXPERIENCE.
