LVP Flooring Installers / Subcontractor Crews

EverSet Floors is looking for experienced independent LVP installers and crews serving Charlotte and surrounding areas. Individual installers and established crews are welcome.

THE WORK

LVP installations and repairs, with opportunities for flooring removal, subfloor preparation, transitions, trim, and stairs based on your experience.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Proven LVP installation experience, work photos, and references
• Your own tools and reliable transportation
• Clear communication, dependable scheduling, and respect for customers’ homes
• Quality workmanship and clean job sites
• Active general liability insurance of at least $1 million, with EverSet Floors LLC named as additional insured before work begins
• Completed onboarding documents and subcontractor agreement

English/Spanish bilingual crew lead preferred.

PAY AND ASSIGNMENTS

Pay is based on project scope and approved quantities using our subcontractor rate sheet. Rates and payment terms are reviewed before you accept an assignment. Work is project based and subject to availability.
