Mid-level is preferred but entry-level is ok as long as you can rapidly become comfortable with the machinery. All machinery is new (purchased June 2026) and all machinery represents the latest in computer-operated fiber laser, press break and CNC technology.

Requirements include:

• Set up and operate CNC laser and press brake (experience with either of these is a plus)
• Read and interpret blueprints and/or work instructions.
• Produce high-quality parts in low to medium volumes
• Perform in-process inspection using micrometers, calipers, bore gages, etc. Adjust offsets as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
