Machinist For Fabrication shop

Five Twenty Two Industries is a small, high end Architectural Steel Fabrication company. We specialize in architectural elements for single family residences and commercial projects.
We are looking for machinist and fabricators, with 1-2+ years experience, that can take direction, read drawings, fabricate without supervision and help with day to day fabrication needs. Precision, speed and autonomy is key. We work in mild steel, stainless, aluminum and brass/bronze.
Duties would entail:
General machining and fabrication including, drilling/milling, cutting material, installation, welding, application of patinas, deliveries and cleaning/maintaining the shop and some basic wood working.

Read architectural drawings and work from shop drawings, notes and verbal instruction.
Take notes.
Be able to write up a cut list off shop drawings.
Weld mild steel. (Solid wire, dual and inner shield) and TIG weld non ferrous metals would be a bonus.
Be familiar with mill/drill press/lathe operation.
Operate a cold saw and band saw and be able to maintain most common shop tools.
Have a valid drivers license as we require applicants to drive company trucks.
Be accurate, consistent, reliable and punctual.
This job requires the applicant to be capable of moving heavy objects and equipment and stand for long periods.
