Maint tech for prop management co. Hands on job must have car & tools

If keeping busy works for you then come work for us. We are a growing property management co looking for a maintenance tech to join our team. You must have a track record in doing jobs without return trips.

Jobs include:

Painting, texturing
Small plumbing repairs, ( replace gb disp, faucets, wax rings etc)
Running typical service calls for tenant repairs
Experienced in unit turns

Mon- Friday 9-4:30pm

Must be able to read and write english ( we use email mainly for communications)
