Description
Results Real Estate Partners is seeking a motivated and reliable lead maintenance & construction worker to support our various properties. The ideal candidate will work across all trades, including plumbing, electrical, framing / drywall, flooring, roofing, HVAC, and painting, assisting in the day-to-day upkeep and improvement of our managed properties. This position offers strong growth potential, with compensation increases tied directly to performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all scheduled maintenance tasks and work orders across commercial properties are completed to standard.
- Support trade-specific work in plumbing, electrical, framing /drywall, flooring, roofing, HVAC, and painting as directed.
- Help coordinate and stage materials, tools, and equipment for job sites.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks independently as skills and experience allow.
- Act as the main point of contact on-site for updates on activity and productivity, ensuring daily maintenance tasks across commercial properties are efficiently executed.
- Communicate job status updates and any issues to the manager in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and regulations.
- Prior experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, climbing ladders, and working in varied conditions.
- Basic hand and power tool proficiency.
- Experience working in property management, real estate, or a multi-trade environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction well.
- Bilingual English & Spanish speaking

- Starting Salary: $1,000 per week (performance-based increases)
