Maintenance Controls Technician (Distribution)

Pay Rate: $30 - $38/hour plus shift differential (based on experience)
Schedules Needed (Work Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat):
1st shift, 6am-2:30pm
2nd shift, 1pm-11pm
3rd Shift, 9pm to 7am

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs (electrical, mechanical and fabrication)
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on mechanical material handling equipment, including transportation conveyors, sortation systems, and forklifts
• Analyze, troubleshoot and repair emergency mechanical issues on failed material handling systems.
• Maintain accurate record keeping such as work orders, time sheets, and parts request

Your Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years mechanical maintenance experience (Dematic conveyor systems highly preferred)
• Must have command of basic manual hand/power tools - including drills, grinders, and saws.
• Knowledge of electrical motor control, strong electrical/mechanical skills
• Ability to install/setup VFD’s, as well as servo motor controls, and troubleshoot peripheral control devices to the PLC input.
