We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for a full-service hospitality property located in a scenic rural Nevada town to ensure the seamless operation of our facilities and manufacturing processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance to support a safe, efficient, and productive environment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be instrumental in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and systems, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control automated processes efficiently.
Conduct welding repairs and perform residential painting tasks as needed to maintain facility aesthetics and safety standards.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks.
Lead small teams or supervise maintenance projects ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed on time.
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
Support facilities maintenance activities including HVAC systems, plumbing repairs, and general building upkeep.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for repairs or assistance with equipment issues.
Maintain safety standards by adhering to OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety audits.
Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance roles within manufacturing or facilities environments with a strong mechanical background.
Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, PLC programming, and troubleshooting techniques.
Skilled in welding techniques and residential painting for facility upkeep.
Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
Hands-on experience with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for electrical troubleshooting.
Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or team-leading experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration across teams.
