Maintenance Help and prepping for move in JULY

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to assist with specialized maintenance and logistics for a private residence. This is not a standard "handyman" role; it requires a mix of carpentry skills, organizational ability, and physical stamina. You will play a key role in preparing high-value items for transport and ensuring the home’s exterior and interior projects are handled with care.

Key Responsibilities

Carpentry: Measure and build wooden furniture crates for secure transport and storage.

Logistics & Moving: Assist in the careful moving of furniture and equipment from the residence to a storage facility.

General Maintenance: Perform routine home maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed.

Organization: Help inventory items being moved to ensure everything is accounted for.

Requirements

Majntenance skills are required- will discuss

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs comfortably /occasionally and remain on your feet for several hours at a time.

Professionalism: Must be punctual, respectful of privacy, and maintain a clean workspace within a private home environment.

Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-Have

Basic understanding of mechanical or household systems.
