Maintenance / Make Ready Tech Job Fair

Bandera at Preston Hollow has an immediate need for a Maintenance / Make Ready Technician. In an effort to expedite the recruiting process, we will be conducting an on-site job fair. HVAC certification and a willingness to complete make ready duties is a MUST!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in
• Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and preventative maintenance
• Assist w/ resident service request in timely manner
• Monitor condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling
• HVAC certification
• Must be dependable and have own transportation
