maintenance man for a group home

Fulltime or part time available

We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as painting and minor repairs. You would be responsible for applying basic repairs to equipments and Building Systems ensure safe functional environment. Be reliable with a keen eye for detail in the first step to getting this job.

Proven experience with painting paint matching and cleaning. Basic knowledge of flooring types such as tile laminate flooring. Experience using hand and electrical tools.

Would need to be able to pass a background check.
