Maintenance / Masonry

The Job:

We're looking for a Floating Maintenance Technician who specializes in Masonry. In the past, we've contracted out masonry work. Now we want to bring it in-house. This is a full-time, year-round position. When exterior work isn't an option, they'll help with turns and work orders.

Responsibilities:

• Brick repair
• Apartment maintenance and turnovers

Locations: Float to any of the ~14 communities in North Tonawanda, Buffalo, Hamburg, and Lockport. 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $26-$28/hour, paid weekly
