Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Southeastern Pennsylvania | Full-Time | On-Site

Henpen Consultants is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a confidential manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, motors, and conveyors.
Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and document completed repairs.
Inspect and replace worn components.
Follow safety procedures and support reliable plant operations.
Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience.
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Experience using hand, power, and precision measuring tools.
Basic computer skills; CMMS experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Availability for overtime as needed.
Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours. No sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
