Maintenance Person

Large condominium complex is seeking a skilled maintenance person - 32 hours/week. Tasks are assigned through work orders and include, but are not limited to:
Repair & paint decking/stairs
Monitor, change, replace light bulbs & fixtures
Repair or replace fascia as necessary
Repair & clean gutters
Monitor and remove tree branches
Clean & maintain dumpsters and common areas
Help clear snow as needed
Report issues to manager as observed
