Maintenance / Repair / Handy Person

Property Management company seeking a year round / Part time Maintenance person to help support
50 Condo units and 10 Houses

This is part time year-round postion great to supplement your income
Hourly Paid bi-weekly based on work type (example repairs will be paid more than supervising or unlocks)

Allston / Brighton / Brookline

- This positon requires Handyman Skills to repair anything that can go wrong in an apartment or home
Repairing replacing Toilets, Doors Screen Windows, Small Plumbing and Electrial (Fixtures, Switches)

• Weekly Trash removal
• Small Paint jobs
• Winter Service (Salt Sand, Shoveling Staircases)

NOTES

• Must be onsite to coordinate sub contractors
• On Call for emergencies
• Reliable and available as a first responder
• This position will be shadowed for 2 weeks and on a 1 month trial period
