Maintenance Scheduler / Coordinator with CMMS expierience.

Maintenance Coordinator with computerized maintenance management software system exp. needed

Previous experience operating a CMMS for building maintenance is required.

Position provides support to a building maintenance program and also provides other assistance to the Manager including sub contractor scheduling, report writing and the tracking of key performance indicators.

May act as assistant departmental manager when required and may supervise two subordinate maintenance workers.

Previous experience in a hands on maintenance role and a high degree of computer proficiency is a plus.
