Maintenance, Service & GroundsTech / Handyman

Part-time position as a maintenance, service and grounds tech / handyman for a Co-Op apartment building in downtown Buffalo. Plumbing, electrical and general maintenance skills are required. Daily tasks are not limited to skilled labor and may include grounds work (lawn cutting, hedge trimming, shoveling, etc) and some cleaning. Great opportunity for a skilled craftsman. Steam boiler experience and exceptional customer service skills are also very helpful. Could eventually lead into a full-time position.
Flexible schedule - 3 to 4 days per week, 5 to 6 hours per day. Immediate start availability is also a plus. INTERESTED CANDIDATES MUST PROVIDE A CURRENT RESUME.
