MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Downtown-Nashville)

Currently seeking a new hire for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor opening!
Full-time position ready to be filled at an A+ high-rise luxury community located in downtown Nashville on Church Street.

Maintenance Supervisor duties involved with this position in part include:

• Oversee class A property in its entirety.
• Direct and organize staffing on a daily basis.
• Maintain all paperwork and budgets properly.
• Work with contractors, vendors as needed.
• Seek and complete items noted to maintain building as required.
• Perform Maintenance duties throughout building, common areas, amenity deck, garage and grounds.
• Complete work requests as received.
• Prep units for move-in/move-outs.
• Pool Maintenance.
• Support of Management and Building Staffing as needed.

Candidate for this position must be reliable, people friendly, provide great customer service, work well with others, have pride in job completion, an eye for detail and organizational skills a must.

Multi-family housing experience preferred but not necessary.

Willing to be on-call on a rotating schedule. Two weeks on, one month off.
