10 yr minimum of experience,

Technician for immediate work.

Willing to train. But basic knowledge is preferred.

Part Time with possibility for full time.

• Painting & Drywall Repair
• Minor Plumbing Repairs (fixtures, drains, leaks)

• Electrical Repairs (outlets, switches, lighting)
• General Handyman Repairs

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work with others as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check (entering occupied homes).
