Maintenance Tech

Regional Maintenance Company looking to add another high performing Maintenance Tech. Looking for a self-starter who has a variety of skills to complete tenant occupied work orders. The wider your range of skills, the more money you can make.

The person we are looking for:
-Has their own vehicle, preferably a truck or van.
-Has their own tools.
-Skilled in a variety of basic Handyman skills, light electric, plumbing, drywall repaint, paint, roof repairs and HVAC are a bonus!
-Has a smart phone.
-Is a good communicator and problem solver.
-Can work as a Team player and work within a system, (if you cannot maintain a schedule and or follow a system, please do not apply).

-We are a fast-growing company with National clients, and we have "a lot" of work.
-We have a standard.......We try to be better than everyone else, not cheaper, but better. In everything that we do here.
-This is a 1099 position with unlimited income.
-We charge and pay by the job, jobs are paid out quickly, most times within 4-7 days.
-We understand that every Maintenance Tech has different skills, once we get to know one another, we can schedule you with jobs you are comfortable with. There is always room to grow for all of us.
-We are only as good as the Tech's that we have.........We know that and we treat them as such, a good Tech is an "Asset" here, not an employee.
