Maintenance Technician — Full-Time, W-2

Turnkey Property Maintenance & Repair Professionals (Jacksonville) is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician. This is an employee position — not subcontract or 1099 work.

You'll handle the physical repair and turnover work on residential and commercial rental properties: patching drywall, fixing leaks, swapping outlets, hanging doors, painting, pressure washing, flooring repairs, appliance fixes, and general make-ready work between tenants.

What you'll do:

Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC components, appliances, flooring, doors, and windows
Handle tenant turnover/make-ready work start to finish
Log completed jobs and time in our system (training provided)
Keep a clean, safe job site and follow basic safety practices

What you need:

5+ years hands-on experience in a building trade (plumbing, electrical, painting, general maintenance)
Valid Florida driver's license
Own basic hand tools
Available for occasional weekend/overtime work
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have (not required): Pool Certification (CPO)
