Maintenance Tech, Airport + Commercial Properties, $25/hr

City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a maintenance tech in Las Vegas.

16 hours a week at the airport. The rest of your time is work orders at commercial properties around the valley, including Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. 30 to 40 hours weekly. Overtime is sometimes available depending on property needs if you want it.

What you will be doing:

• Preventive maintenance on building equipment
• Plumbing fixtures, drains, doors, locks, and lighting
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Carpet, tile, and floor repairs
• Logging work orders in our system

What you need:

• Real hands-on maintenance experience
• Valid Nevada driver's license
• Ability to pass a ten-year background check for the airport badge
• Ability to read, write, and speak English (airport requirement)

We provide the tools.

Pay is $25 an hour.
