Maintenance Tech / Director of Maintenance for Property Management Co

We are looking for someone to fill our Director of Maintenance role at a small, but rapidly growing property management company.
You should have relevant experience, reliable transportation, and most of all, be a problem solver.

Experience in handyman work, property maintenance, etc is crucial. You will need to respond to maintenance problems and fix them in a timely manner. We also will do full property make readies which will include drywall repair, light plumbing repair, adjusting doors and windows, lock changes, painting, etc. We even do full remodels sometimes.
Experience with HVAC and/or appliances is a huge plus!

This position will start off part time - probably 2-3 days per week and could vary a lot at first. But the goal is to quickly grow into a full time role as the Director of Maintenance where you will be in charge of incoming maintenance requests and overseeing the work of other maintenance techs, coordination with vendors, etc.

We will pay based on experience and skill level.
