Maintenance Tech

Growing maintenance company in search of solid maintenance techs to perform work orders on rental occupied homes. We get all kinds of requests.... electrical, plumbing, drywall repairs, light painting, HVAC, roof repairs, siding repairs.... you name it, we get the calls! The more you can do the more you can make. (And if you can only do a few specialties, we may still have a spot for you). Our clients are very large institutional players, lots of single-family homes, and we get lots of calls. If you want to join a growing Team please respond! We would love to meet you. You Must..............
-have a smart phone and be capable of taking/sending photos
-be able to work within a system
-have your own tools
-your own vehicle
-be clean cut
-good communication skills, with tenants, and with the home office...We are here to get stuff done, not play games
-be a finisher!! I cannot stress this enough, we get paid when we complete a project, we do NOT work by the hour
our Team works by 1099, they get paid once a week, and they cover their own materials and get reimbursed. (Large projects we help on materials).
-we pay by the job!!! you will get an opportunity to assist in setting the pricing
-if you have a business owner mentality you can do very well here. If you're looking for an hourly job please do not respond.
