Maintenance tech

We are looking for a Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position has the potential to become full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Light electrical repairs
• Light plumbing repairs
• Painting
• Spackling and drywall repairs
• Basic carpentry
• General apartment maintenance and unit turns
• Other maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience with apartment maintenance or general handyman work preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

This is a temporary position.
