Maintenance Tech for Apartment Complex needed

Maintenance Tech needed for small apartment complex of 132 units. Must be able to work a 40 hour work week tolerating heat and cold conditions as dictated by the weather. Must have own transportation and basic tools.
18-22$ a hour based on experience. Must know;
how to change light bulbs, basic electrical work, basic appliance repair and troubleshooting, basic plumbing, apartment turnovers.
Communication with other staff members, residents and contractors in English.
Cleaning required, and snow removal of sidewalks in winter.
