Immediate opening for a maintenance person with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills. Candidates should have EPA certification and experience maintaining HVAC systems. Previous experience in property management/multi-family industry is also desired.

Must have own tools, reliable transportation and valid drivers license, and participating in on-call rotation is required.
