-Clean cut, drug free, clean criminal background, good communicator, detailed oriented.
-A self-starter who can follow direction while working independently.
-Owns own tools and truck.
-"Must" be a problem solver, we make our clients lives easier, not harder!
-Can keep a schedule, we are busy here, excuses do not pay the bills here-results do!
-Can display a variety of skills, the more you can do, the more we can pay.
-Must be able to work efficiently. Fast and accurate, while knowing when to stop/slow down to resolve an issue.

-We focus on tenant occupied work orders where we solve the client's problems for them.
-For the right person we can pay your milage, and up to $35-40 an hour.
