Brookfield Properties is hiring Maintenance Technicians to join our team!

We're holding a hiring event, Wednesday, July 22nd from 10-5 at Hampton Inn - 5220 Forest Drive, New Albany, OH 43054. Walk-ins welcome — no appointment needed.

What you'll do: General repairs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical basics, unit turns, and preventive maintenance for our apartment community in New Albany, OH.

We're looking for:
1+ years of maintenance/facilities experience (apartment or property experience a plus)
HVAC certification preferred, not required
Reliable, hands-on, good with people
Valid driver's license
