I am looking for an exterior repair tech.

Able to patch soffit, fascia, patch roofing, repoint chimneys, siding, etc.
Year-round work, inside work in bad weather.
We provide repair services to rental properties.

Weekly paychecks. Starting wages $ 20. to $ 28, depending on skill level.
